Training & Installation

MENHIR is very intuitive to install and operate so with minimal training you should be comfortable to completely run your monitoring application. When required, SEMEX-EngCon can provide individually tailored training programs and also assist with both site installation work and full system integration. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Data Management

Sometimes you cannot do everything yourself …

When required, SEMEX-EngCon can assist or prepare and manage your data before further processing, or may pre-configure your SmartDataCenter for automatic and compliant report generation.

Service & Repair

If you do encounter any problems then SEMEX-EngCon will provide immediate and comprehensive troubleshooting and repair services.

Calibration

The SEMEX-EngCon factory in Ettlingen, Germany calibrates all equipment before shipping according to DIN 45669 and a calibration certificate is provided. Alternatively, independent calibration from accredited labs can be arranged if required.
